বই হাতে পাওয়ার সময় ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনেই প্যাকেট খুলে বইটা দেখে নিন। এটাই সবচেয়ে সহজ উপায় — কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে তখনই ধরা পড়বে।
বইয়ে যদি সত্যিকারের সমস্যা থাকে — যেমন পাতা ছেঁড়া, বাঁধাই খুলে যাওয়া, ছাপা অস্পষ্ট, বা আপনি যে বই অর্ডার করেছেন সেটা না এসে অন্য বই এসেছে — তাহলে 01303110331 নম্বরে বা booktankbd@gmail.com ঠিকানায় আমাদের জানান। সমস্যার ছবি আর অর্ডার নম্বরটা দিলে দ্রুত সমাধান করতে পারি।
সমস্যা যাচাই হলে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে বই বদলে দেওয়া বা ফেরত নেওয়ার ব্যবস্থা করা হয়।
শুধু পছন্দ হয়নি বা মত বদলেছে — এই কারণে ফেরত নেওয়া হয় না। তাই অর্ডার করার আগে বইয়ের নাম, লেখক আর সংস্করণ মিলিয়ে নিন। আমাদের বইগুলো বাংলাদেশে ছাপা প্রিমিয়াম কোয়ালিটি সংস্করণ।
যেকোনো প্রশ্নে যোগাযোগ করুন — সকাল ১০টা থেকে রাত ১২টা পর্যন্ত আমরা মেসেজের উত্তর দিই।

Please open the parcel and check your book in front of the delivery person. This is the easiest way to catch any problem right away.
If there is a genuine problem with the book — torn pages, broken binding, unclear printing, or you received a different book than the one you ordered — contact us at 01303110331 or booktankbd@gmail.com. Please include a photo of the issue and your order number so we can sort it out quickly.
Once the issue is verified, we arrange a replacement or return within 3 days.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please check the title, author and edition before ordering. Our books are premium-quality editions printed in Bangladesh.
